Corporate/Restructuring | 3+ years

You will advise on all aspects of corporate and restructuring work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, pre-IPO fundraising, IPOs, stock exchange transactions, joint ventures and general corporate law. Ref. #A31679
