The successful candidate will have:

Excellent academic achievement in law school
Strong analytic writing ability
Demonstrated interest in civil litigation
0-5 years of relevant litigation experience
Intellectual curiosity
Proven ability to identify, anticipate, and effectively address risks and roadblocks
