Our client, a real estate management company, is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join their team as Vice President, Legal. The successful candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience with sophisticated corporate law matters, including M&A and commercial contracts, as well as real estate transactions. Experience with technology and employment law matters would be an asset. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-looking global company that offers hybrid remote-working.
