Residential Real Estate Associate (3 to 5 Years)

Our Client, a well-regarded boutique in the GTA North, is currently looking for an experienced real estate associate to manage its client’s residential real estate needs.  The successful candidate will maintain carriage of residential purchase, sale, and mortgage files from start to finish and liaise with clients, financial institutions and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

The successful candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in residential real estate, including extensive experience with Conveyancer, Teraview, and PCLaw. An ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, strong business acumen and client-focused communication skills are essential.
