We are looking for a lawyer with 4 to 6 years of corporate/commercial law experience to join our dynamic Business Law Group. If you are interested in working on challenging matters with an experienced team of lawyers in a progressive environment, we have an opportunity for you. The successful candidate will possess strong drafting and interpersonal skills and a keen business sense. An excellent academic record and references are also required.

Robins Appleby LLP is a 30 lawyer business law firm located in the financial district. Our Business Law Group specializes in sophisticated corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, lending and shareholder and partnership structuring.
