We are seeking an associate to join our expanding corporate/commercial practice group at our growing firm!

The right associate will have solid transactional experience in M&A, corporate reorganizations and secured lending, with an ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other team members.

The opportunity will provide the associate with mentorship and a compensation package competitive with Toronto’s large firms.

Tax experience would be an asset, but not required.
