Our client – a unique acquisition/investment company – is looking for a Director, Legal to join its team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the incumbent will have well-rounded corporate M&A and securities experience; experience in cannabis is a nice-to-have, but not a must. This is an excellent opportunity to move in-house to a growing company, without giving up the transactional element of your practice. Compensation for this role is also very competitive.
