Litigation Associates – Tort

Dutton Brock LLP, one of Canada’s most frequently recommended commercial insurance litigation firms and one of *Canada’s top insurance defence law boutiques is growing and looking for 3 insurance defence lawyers to join our firm.

We require one lawyer with 5-7 years of experience in tort and insurance coverage and two lawyers with 2-4 years of experience in tort, including motor vehicle claims and Occupier’s Liability who can work both independently and as members of a collegial team. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon already established litigation skills and manage a portfolio of files in a great environment. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to a commitment to quality client service.
