Condominium Law Associate

Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? Our team is expanding and we are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our close-knit and well respected Condominium Law practice.

As a member of this group, the Associate will work on a broad spectrum of matters relating to condominium operations and litigation, including Condominium Act enforcement matters, all manner of condominium contract review and dealing with contract disputes, Tarion claims, advising condominium clients on Condominium Act compliance, attending condominium owners’ meetings and drafting of condominium corporate documents such as by-laws.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

• 1 – 4 years post-call experience;
• previous condominium law experience preferred; and
• exceptional client service, interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to take initiative.
