Estate Litigation Lawyer

WEL Partners is seeking an estate litigation lawyer. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience of between 1-3 years in estates, trusts, elder law and related practice areas, have strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills, the ability to work and thrive independently and a drive to move files along to swift resolution. Only candidates committed to this practice area need apply.

Skills: Capable of working independently and have carriage of files; able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete on schedule. Experience in the Courtroom, particularly the Superior Court of Justice. The individual will also be responsible for writing analyses of decisions and legislations; and written materials for presentation at conferences.

Mandatory: Membership in the Law Society of Upper Canada
