– Up to US$315,000* for 6^th year associates

* (excludes bonuses which could add on another US$100,000)

Our client, one of the world’s top 5 law firms, is actively recruiting Canadian-trained Corporate-Commercial lawyers to work in their San Francisco/Bay Area offices. You must currently work in a relevant practice area at a top 15 law firm in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver or Calgary.

This opportunity is in the firm’s Private Equity group, primarily handling M&A and debt financing. The work is incredibly sophisticated, demanding and amongst the best rewarded in the legal world. Even a few years working at this firm would indisputably accelerate your career path, opening up doors for you that you couldn’t now possibly imagine, both back here (hopefully!) and abroad.
