Insurance Defence Litigation Associate

Benson Percival Brown LLP has an immediate opening for an associate with 2 – 4 years of litigation experience to join our firm, working with Peter Heisey and Heather Vaughan.

The successful candidate will assist with review, assessment, drafting and litigation/dispute resolution support on larger files, and also independently handle their own files. Previous experience conducting motions, discoveries, mediations and pre-trials is an asset.

Strong academic credentials, and competent research, writing, reporting and advocacy skills are important criteria.
