Condominium Lawyer – Intermediate to Senior

We are seeking am experienced condominium lawyer to join our team. We offer a collegial workplace that embraces technology and a variety of remote/office working options.  Remote work arrangements can be made within the Province of Ontario.

The position would be suitable for an intermediate to senior lawyer who has experience in advising condominium corporations on various governance matters, chairing annual general meetings; opinions and interpretations of documents under Condominium Act and other legislation; drafting and revising condominium documentation; negotiations and conflict resolution.

This position will also provide opportunities to work with our condo development practice including drafting condominium documentation for development projects, working with clients from the early planning stages of a project (going to market, registration, closings) through to turnover and financing for projects.

Skills: MUST HAVE Condo Law experience and be capable of working independently and have carriage of files; able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete on schedule; dealing directly with clients and working with rest of team for support in other areas of our practice.

Mandatory: Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
