Pallett Valo LLP is pleased to announce that Katherine Trigiani has joined the firm's Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups.

Pallett Valo is pleased to announce that Katherine Trigiani has joined the firm as a Lawyer in our Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups.

Katherine obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Katherine’s journey at Pallett Valo began in 2019 as a Student-at-Law where she completed her Articling Program with us.

Katherine’s developing practice extends to her advising clients on a broad range of corporate and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, real property acquisitions and dispositions, banking and finance, and general corporate and commercial matters.

In addition, she regularly assists clients across all industries in drafting and negotiating commercial and real property related agreements, including sales, distribution and manufacturing agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, and condominium by-laws and declarations.
