WeirFoulds welcomes Vipal Jain as an associate

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Vipal Jain to the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Vipal Jain to the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Vipal summered and articled at a boutique litigation law firm in Ottawa where she gained extensive experience in resolving complex disputes. Vipal has contributed to trials and appeals at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Vipal graduated from law school Cum Laude and on the Dean’s List. During law school, she represented the University of Ottawa at the Julius Alexander Issac Diversity Moot where her team was awarded the Best Factum. Vipal also acquired substantial practical experience as a legal researcher for the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic and as a research assistant for the Open African Innovation Research partnership.

Prior to law school, Vipal studied genetics and biotechnology at University of Toronto, where she was the recipient of many awards for her academic achievements.
