Create your account to get started. Once you’ve uploaded your firm or company’s description and logo, we’ll approve your account. Then you’ll be all set to start posting.
Buy credits
You can purchase credits via credit card from your account dashboard (1 credit = 1 job or announcement post on The A-List). See our credit pricing below. If you would prefer to be invoiced, drop us a note and we’ll set it up!
Create your post
Posts are quick and easy to create. You’ll have the ability to save your draft, preview your post and select the date you’d like it to go live.

FAQ
The A-List is for posting jobs and career announcements for lawyers. Read our full posting guidelines here.
For career announcements, please crop each lawyer photo to the following dimensions: 870 × 725 pixels. Images should be high-resolution but no larger than 500 kilobytes. When cropping a photo, it’s best to leave a bit of space between the top of the lawyer’s head and the upper edge of the image. If you don’t have access to photo-editing software, we recommend Pixlr, which offers a free and easy-to-use cropping tool. But if you’re having any trouble at all, contact the A-List team: we’re happy to crop and resize any lawyer photo on your behalf. Reach out any time.
We ask that each announcement focus on one, individual lawyer. That way, we can easily share the announcement in our newsletter and on social media, giving your news the attention it deserves.
You don’t need to enter credit card information when you create your account. You’ll be asked for your credit card information when purchasing credits after you’ve logged in. The A-List uses Stripe to process credit card payments. Stripe encrypts all sensitive data from the point of capture until it is processed within its secure environment. The A-List does not store your credit card information.
Absolutely! After you’ve logged in to your account and are composing your post, you can save it as a draft and use the “Preview” option to review it before it goes live. Then when you’re ready, you can hit “Publish” and your post will be live.
Job posts stay on The A-List for 30 days. Announcements on The A-List can stay up as long as you like! If you decide for any reason that you’d like to take down a post, you can do so from your dashboard or contact customer service for assistance.
On average, our site enjoys 23,000 pageviews a month. Your post will also be shared with our 3,200+ newsletter subscribers and 4,000+ social media followers on LinkedIn and X.
Sorry! The A-List is only for lawyers. That said, you may post a job where a law degree would be helpful but not mandatory. Read our full posting guidelines here.
One at a time, please! Even if there are multiple openings, we ask that you make separate posts so that we can properly promote each specific job in our newsletter and on social media.
To create an account, all you need is your firm or company’s bio and logo. You don’t need to enter credit card information until you log in. Visit our sign-up page to check if your firm already has an account or to create a new one. Please send us an email if you need any assistance.
Once you’ve created your account and logged in, you can use a credit card to buy credits from your account dashboard. We offer discounts for bulk purchases of five or 10 credits. Need more than 10 credits or prefer to pay by a method other than a credit card? Get in touch with us.
