A multinational construction company is seeking a corporate lawyer with Public Private Partnership (P3) experience to join its team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in P3 transactions, public company matters and in drafting and negotiating project finance agreements, and will be responsible all legal matters in Canada.
