As a labour and employment lawyer practising out of our Toronto office, Jim is focused on guiding employers through Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings such as certification applications and unfair labour practice complaints. He also has experience with collective bargaining and grievance arbitration in the union setting, as well as human rights tribunal proceedings. Jim assists employers with both union and non-union workforces in a wide range of industries, particularly contractors of all sizes in the construction industry as they manage relationships with Ontario’s construction trade unions.
