Our client, a company focusing on the Cannabis Industry, seeks an In House Counsel to add to their growing Canadian team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory matters, trade law and in particular, working with Health Canada. The ideal candidate will have 7 – 10 years post call experience in private practice or in house working in a highly regulated industry. This is a high performing team working within and exciting and fast paced industry. An entrepreneurial and driven approach is essential.
