Patrick advises employers on all matters related to employment standards, labour relations and workplace human rights and health and safety. He also advises on employment matters relating to commercial transactions, privacy and confidentiality issues and restrictive covenants. Patrick’s expertise extends to the health sector, specifically in advising hospitals regarding physicians’ privileges and disciplinary matters as well as corporate and labour relations matters. Patrick is Chair of the Salvation Army’s Advisory Board for Montreal.
