Senior Lawyer – Sacyr Concessions

SACYR is seeking a corporate lawyer with Public Private Partnership (P3) experience to join its team in Toronto as Senior Lawyer. The successful candidate will be responsible for all legal matters in Canada including drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate, infrastructure, concession, and construction agreements, providing strategic legal advice, and supporting domestic and international transactions. This role will provide the opportunity to advise on innovative infrastructure transactions and also be involved with business-side matters.

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of corporate experience gained from a top firm or major corporation, including significant experience advising on P3 transactions and public company matters as well as experience drafting and negotiating project finance agreements. While not required, Spanish language skills would be considered an asset. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an industry leader with a strong international presence.
