Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Florence Lau has joined our Toronto office as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Florence’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Florence was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During this time, she gained exposure to the firm’s Business, Securities and Financial Service practice areas.
