Our client is seeking to add two transactional lawyers to its team. As the successful candidate, you will have seven to twelve years of broad corporate and M&A experience. You must be a high energy self-starter, a team player with strong interpersonal skills, and a quick study who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
