We are currently seeking a highly motivated lawyer to work as an Associate in our condominium law practice. As a member of this group, you will work on a broad spectrum of matters relating to the Condominium Act, 1998, advising and representing condominium corporations as both as a solicitor and a litigator. This includes contractual matters, drafting condominium documents, real property matters, as well as enforcement matters, contractual disputes, and litigation before courts and tribunals. In addition you will advise condominium corporations on all facets of compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998, corporate governance, and condominium meeting procedure, including attending and chairing condominium meetings.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent academic credentials.
• A license to practice law in the province of Ontario and be a member of good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Up to 3 years post-call experience in litigation practice.
• Previous condominium law experience preferred.  New calls will be considered.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in building client relationships.
