The Zenith Awards celebrate Mid-Career Excellence in the legal profession by recognizing outstanding lawyers with recent achievement in their field and notable contributions in social responsibility.

Terra has practiced in the pensions and benefits field for her entire career. She advises provincially and federally regulated employers and administrators, primarily in the private sector, on all legal issues relating to pension and employee benefit plans. She has extensive experience advising on pension and benefit matters in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, insolvencies and corporate restructuring. Terra also has a wealth of experience advising on a wide range of governance matters and fiduciary responsibilities. Terra is a frequent and popular speaker and panelist at industry events.
