Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a compliance lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its team in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience advising financial institutions and/or investment firms on compliance matters and related risks and a strong understanding of securities regulations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive lawyer with strong teamwork skills to work with the business teams.
