We are pleased to announce that Kevin Tuohy has been promoted to counsel.

Kevin Tuohy’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters. Kevin has substantial trademark experience, including management of trademark portfolios, advising on trademark strategy and enforcement, clearance searches and opinions, and handling prosecution and opposition matters. Kevin advises clients on all areas of intellectual property law, as well as on domain name, advertising and marketing matters.
