Senior Counsel (Corporate/Commercial) – OPG

Ontario Power Generation is seeking a corporate/commercial lawyer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join its team as Senior Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts as well as a strong understanding of construction and procurement matters. Exposure to IT matters as well as experience in a highly regulated environment would be an asset. This role will involve providing strategic advice to senior management and representing OPG with external stakeholders.
