Smart & Biggar’s Kevin Siu adds trademark agent to his qualifications

Smart & Biggar/Fetherstonhaugh is pleased to announce that Kevin Siu passed the qualifying examinations and is now a registered trademark agent in Canada.

Kevin is an associate in our Toronto office. His practice focusses on all areas of intellectual property litigation including patents, copyright and trademarks matters.

Kevin works with a wide variety of clients including in the pharmaceutical, technology and entertainment industries, in addition to mechanical, chemical and industrial engineering firms and brand owners both nationally and internationally.
