Lundin Mining is seeking an Assistant Corporate Secretary to join its offices in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will be a lawyer or seasoned legal professional and will have at least 5 years of experience acting as an assistant corporate secretary for a publicly traded company. The successful candidate will have experience with corporate governance issues, knowledge of relevant TSX and OSC rules and regulations and strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing materials for all board and committee meetings, coordinating communications with all directors, managing and preparing corporate records including minute books and resolutions, and will work with all members of the senior executive team as required to support the corporate governance processes. In addition, the Assistant Corporate Secretary will administer all stock option and long-term incentive plans and will assist with the preparation of all continuous disclosure filings.
