A leading mid-sized firm is seeking an IT lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join its team in downtown Toronto. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of IT agreements including licensing, e-commerce and outsourcing agreements, as well as experience with IT transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach to practising law and a strong academic record.
