A leading firm is seeking a corporate tax partner to join its Toronto office.  This firm’s tax group advises on all aspects of corporate tax, including M&A, divestitures and securities matters and acts on behalf of multinational companies across a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with financial institutions on tax matters and a partial book of business.
