Blaney McMurtry LLP has an immediate opening for an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our busy Insurance Litigation Practice Group.

You will be expected to assist with larger insurance defence matters requiring assessments, drafting and litigation/dispute resolution support, while also confidently handling your own file load of general insurance defence work, including occupiers’ liability, MVA, professional negligence, property and product liability.

The successful candidate will possess strong academic credentials, exceptional research, drafting, writing and analytical skills, negotiation and advocacy skills, and proven client service and practice management skills.
