Brauti Thorning Zibarras LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin Toyne has joined them as a partner in their commercial litigation and appellate advocacy department.

Brauti Thorning Zibarras LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin D. Toyne has joined the partnership. Kevins practice is focused on commercial litigation, fraud litigation, injunctions and appellate advocacy.

Called to the Bar in 2004, Kevin previously practiced at one of Canada’s largest national law firms and one of Toronto’s most respected insurance defence boutiques before joining Brauti Thorning Zibarras LLP in January 2009. Kevin has advocated on behalf of clients in matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court and the Superior Court of Justice. In addition, he has experience in matters before the Federal Court, the Tax Court of Canada, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, as well as before private mediators and arbitrators.
