Reena is a partner and a member of the Corporate/Commercial Group at Aird & Berlis LLP.

Reena is a partner and a member of the Corporate/Commercial Group at Aird & Berlis LLP. Reena summered at the firm in 2005 and 2006, and articled at the firm in 2007/08. In September of 2008, she joined the firm as an associate. She became a partner in January of 2014.

Reena practises in the area of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, and commercial matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and commercial agreements. She acts for a range of clients, from entrepreneurial privately-owned businesses to national and multinational organizations.
