Graham Topa joins Aird & Berlis LLP

Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Graham Topa has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate Finance Group.

September 19, 2014

Graham Topa is a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance Group. He was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.

Graham’s practice will focus on corporate law with an emphasis on corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters involving both public and private companies.

Graham obtained his J.D. from Queen’s University.
