Tax Associate (2-4 yrs)

Our client, a Bay Street law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level tax lawyer to join their busy group. The Tax Group handles all areas of tax law including assisting clients with corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and public offerings. They also provide advice on tax planning, syndications, and Canadian and international joint ventures. The Tax Group also advises on both large transactions for major corporations, and regularly assists small and mid-sized clients in developing creative tax solutions for their business operations.
