POSITION: (1) Recruitment and Selection: focus on matching legal professionals to positions. Through the use of Advocate’s rigorous and customized screening and selection tools you’ll drive the entire process of order fulfillment from job description posting, through candidate screening, interviewing, presentation, short-listing, offer negotiations, closing, and follow-up. (2) Some guided client development projects in carefully selected sectors and contexts (3) some candidate advocacy – promoting individual candidates to prospective employer targets

TERM: This is a parttime or fulltime position.

CANDIDATE: You’re a lawyer with marketing, client development, or HR background. You relate very well to people and aren’t afraid to ask questions. You’re a good listener, adaptable and like to learn new things. You’re a driving individual as well as an organized worker. You persevere and focus. You enjoy running and completing the task. You get the job done. In-house and litigation experience, an asset.
