A leading firm is seeking a research lawyer to join its Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have a background in securities. Duties will include developing and implementing methods of capturing key legal knowledge, providing key research support for transactions, and keeping current with legal developments and identifying changes required as a result of such legal developments.
