Osler is seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of general commercial experience who is enthusiastic about practising franchise & distribution law at the highest level in Canada to join its Commercial Practice Group in Toronto.

As an associate in this area, you will practise commercial law with an emphasis on franchising, distribution, and trade practice matters. You will have the opportunity to focus on all aspects of domestic and international franchising for a diverse client base and will also gain exposure to advertising and marketing, privacy, e-commerce, consumer protection, and other commercial issues affecting franchisors, retailers and on-line businesses.
