Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is seeking an associate to join the Toronto office to work with our Technology Business Group. The successful applicant will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of outsourcing, information technology and electronic commerce. In addition, the candidate will have strong communication and drafting skills and more senior candidates should have experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
