Osler is seeking two associates, one with 3 to 4 years experience and one with 1 to 2 years experience respectively, of general corporate/commercial experience, who are enthusiastic about practising construction, infrastructure & energy law to join its Toronto office.

The successful candidates will have:

• 3 to 4 or 1 to 2 years of general corporate/commercial experience
• A keen interest in construction, infrastructure & energy law
• Strong transactional experience
• Knowledge of the energy or P3 industries would be an asset
