His practice focuses on all aspects of banking and secured lending transactions, including acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, asset-based lending, and syndicated financings. Stephen also provides advice on insolvency matters and has worked with a variety of stakeholders affected by or involved in formal and informal insolvency proceedings and financial restructurings, including secured and unsecured creditors, receivers and trustees, and debtors.
