Miller Thomson Welcomes Danielle Joel as Partner

 Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that Danielle Joel has joined the Firm as Partner in the Toronto office. She will be part of the Estates and Trusts Litigation group.

Danielle brings decades of experience advising clients on complex succession and trust matters, including issues involving private companies. She has been entrusted by some of Canada’s wealthiest families to handle high-conflict and novel matters, navigating multi-jurisdictional issues and providing tailored, practical solutions. Danielle also advises fiduciaries, beneficiaries, financial institutions, corporate trustees, private companies, and not-for-profits. She regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal and Divisional Court, and resolves disputes through mediation.
