Smart & Biggar is pleased to share that Emily Miller has been promoted to Senior Associate in our IP Litigation and Legal practice.

Emily’s practice spans both litigation and transactional matters involving patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets. She regularly prepares materials and arguments for matters before the courts, as well as materials pertaining to IP licensing and commercialization. Emily has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
