Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Bayley Winkel has joined the firm’s Toronto office as a pensions, benefits, and compensation lawyer.

Bayley’s practice includes providing advice and representation to employers in the private and public sectors on all aspects of pensions, benefits, and compensation law. Bayley has assisted clients in implementing comprehensive plan design changes. He has worked with plan administrators on the review and revision of plan governance materials and provides advice on fiduciary obligations in the pension sector.

Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Bayley practiced at a boutique pensions, benefits, and executive compensation law firm in Toronto.
