Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to welcome new Counsel, Marie-Pier Leduc, to the Firm. Marie-Pier advises public, non-profit, and private sector clients, with expertise in federally regulated employers. She specialises in unionized workplaces, providing counsel on collective bargaining, agreement drafting, interpretation, and arbitrations. Her practice also encompasses employment, human rights, workplace investigations, and administrative law, including statutory appeals and judicial reviews. Marie-Pier is based out of the Firm’s Calgary office.
