Linmac LLP is pleased to welcome Christopher Lobb to its growing Business Law Group as Counsel.

Chris brings decades of practical business law experience and a wealth of knowledge in addressing the diverse needs of his clients, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations, succession, venture capital financings, business formation and start-ups.

Chris has extensive experience negotiating transactions and numerous forms of agreements including shareholders agreements and resolving shareholder disputes. His addition to the firm further enhances our corporate and commercial offerings in Toronto.
