Linmac LLP Welcomes Samuel Carsley as a Partner

Linmac LLP is pleased to welcome Sam Carsley to its Toronto office as a Partner in the Business Law Group.

Sam is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in private practice and as in-house counsel in M&A, complex commercial transactions, tax-driven reorganizations, corporate governance, compliance and legal operations. His experience spans highly-regulated industries including cannabis, energy, manufacturing and agricultural. His extensive M&A experience and impressive transaction work brings a considerable amount of visibility and bench strength to our growing Corporate and Commercial team.

Sam was called to the Ontario bar in 2009 after receiving his Bachelor of Laws (LLB, BCL) from McGill University, and he also holds a Masters of Laws (LLM) from the University of Toronto.
