Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is pleased to announce that Michelle Kudlats has accepted an offer of partnership with the firm. Michelle has extensive experience in personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accident claims, occupier’s liability claims, insurance disputes, and medical malpractice. Since her call to the Bar in 2011, Michelle has been recognized by her clients as a passionate and effective advocate.

A graduate of Western Law in 2010, she also holds an Honours degree in Political Science from Western, focusing on the judicial system, public policy, and social justice. She prides herself on her clear communication and empathetic approach while guiding injured people through a turbulent time in their lives.
